1965 Chevrolet Nova Super Sport For Sale.
American Street Machines Inc is proud to offer this 1965 Nova true 118 Super Sport for sale. This full custom build was recently completed by a well known local machine shop owner to be his personal toy. Life happens and unfortunately the time has come for his toy to go to a new owner. Not a dime was spared in this 2 year long custom build. This Nova started life as a true 118 Super Sport then built with speed in mind. Slick Bowtie Chevrolet Black paint done by Touched By A Dawkins in Snellville GA. All new chrome pumpers, trim and emblems. The interior consists of all new correct low back bucket seats upholstered in Madrid grain Black vinyl with a matching rear bench, new correct SS console, new door panels, new carpet, new headliner and all new interior trim pieces. There are upgraded under dash gauges and a column mounted Auto Meter tach.
The engine and heart of this beast is a built 327 long block that of coarse was built with all the best parts and specs since the owner has his own machines shop. There is a custom aluminum radiator with electric fan and a custom fabricated shroud by Mind Over Metal Fabrication in Tucker GA along with aluminum pulleys and a serpentine belt.
The exhaust is a full custom 2 1/2″ X pipe with Flowmaster FX mufflers, fender headers, exhaust cutouts controled by blue tooth, thermatic cooling fan control and chrome tips. Exhaust was built by Jacks Shack Fabrication in Snellville GA
The transmission is a Tremec TKX manual 5 speed with Mcloud clutch & pressure plate and a Hurst shifter from Lamar Walden Automotive in Doraville GA.
The custom mini tub rear end and drivetrain of this beast was built with full off the line speed in mind! Widened wheel tubs, notched frame for 15×10 wheels, narrowed 9″ Ford rear end, 3:70 differential gear w/ posi Nodular carrier & Daytona pinion support, 31 splin axles, custom fabricated bracketry for adjustable triangulated 4-link, custom fabricated bracketry for (QA1) coil over shocks & springs, Willwood disc brakes w/ E-brake, modified trans tunnel for tremec 5-speed, all new brake lines with stainless hoses and added line lock.
