1967 Chevelle Super Sport For Sale.

American Street Machines, Inc is proud to offer this well known 1967 Chevelle Super Sport for sale out of a private collection. We have known this car since before it was finished and are great friends with the well known local car builder right here in Georgia, the infamous Nevin Baker. This Chevelle was built with the best of everything. Is a REAL 138 Super Sport and not a clone. The frame off restoration was done with everything in mind and done right. The frame, core support and inner fenders were powder coated in black. When choosing the paint and interior for this car Nevin wanted something super nice and went with 2010 Mercedes Benz Silver with Porsche Guard Red strato bucket seat interior. It took four paint jobs to get the right Silver tone that Nevin was looking for. As you can see he had a vision for this Chevelle and stuck with it! The drive train is a 454 big block Chevy V8 bored and stoked to a 496 with all forged internals, roller rockers, custom ground aluminum heads and cooled by a aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. The transmission is a tremec 5 speed manual for great freeway driving with a 3:31 12 bolt posi traction rear end. Some great options went into this build with strato bucket seats interior with center console, 4 wheel power disc brakes, power steering, vintage air conditioning, coil over suspension in the rear and the underbody was coated in Lizard skin. There is a awesome sounding exhaust on this Chevelle that is very distinctive to the car with full length headers and 3″ custom X pipe exhaust. As you can tell this car was built right and built to keep. Well life happens and things change. You would be hard pressed to find another 67 Chevelle SS done this nicely and for sale.
