You are looking at a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 that was delivered new to Harry Green Chevrolet of Clarksburg, West Virginia. After purchased it underwent a refurbishment in 2019 that included the installation of a 6.2-liter LSA V8 and a Tremec six-speed manual transmission. The car is finished in Daytona Yellow over black vinyl upholstery and features an aluminum radiator, a VaporWorx fuel system, a limited-slip differential with 3.70:1 gears, a Currie 9″ rear end, a Heidts four-link rear suspension, a triple-disc clutch, four-wheel disc brakes with Wilwood rear calipers, staggered-diameter US Mags wheels, electric headlight doors, tubbed rear wheel arches, a Vintage Air HVAC system, Sparco front bucket seats, Dakota Digital gauges, and a retro-style stereo. This LSA-powered Z/28 is now offered by a private collector with original sales documents, a superseded 1969 West Virginia title, and an Ohio title. Was delivered from the factory in Daytona Yellow code (76), the car features a front spoiler, a black-painted front bumper, electric headlight doors, black over-the-top stripes, a cowl induction hood, dual side-view mirrors, and a rear decklid spoiler. The rear wheel wells were tubbed during the 2019 refurbishment, and they are filled with US Mags wheels shod in 325/30ZR20 Pirelli P-Zero tires, while 245/35ZR18 rubber is fitted up front. A Heidt’s four-link rear suspension kit was also installed during the refurbishment, and the disc brake system features slotted and cross-drilled rotors at all four corners with red-painted Wilwood calipers mounted out back. The cabin features Sparco front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in black vinyl along with a color-coordinated headliner, dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Equipment includes a Vintage Air HVAC system, a Chevrolet-branded retro-style stereo, a center console, front shoulder belts, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. The 6.2-liter LSA V8 was reportedly built by Performance Clinic in Dayton, Ohio, and modified with a forged stroker crankshaft, an aftermarket camshaft, and larger fuel injectors, before it was tuned by Quick Rev of Kettering, Ohio. A Concept ONE pulley system is also fitted along with an aluminum radiator.Tremec TR-6060 six-speed manual transmission, a Monster triple-disc clutch, and a McLeod hydraulic clutch kit send power to the rear wheels via a Currie 9″ rear end and a limited-slip differential with 3.70:1 gears.
